Cheer up

The IPL matches are being held at the vacant stadium. Despite this, the enthusiastic noises of the audience keep echoing to encourage the players. Why? Because encouraging the audience, the players' morale has been seen to rise in a charismatic manner. Putting a hand on the shoulder in difficult times is more enchanting than success applause or praise. Mark Twain says, "The best way to boost your spirits is to first try to encourage others."

Two frogs fell into a deep pit. Many frogs gathered together. Seeing the depth of the pit, all the frogs started to tremble - trying to get out is futile. As a result, a frog gave up trying and died in a state of helplessness. The above frogs shouted and intensified, 'Leave it, how long will it last? There is no way out. But the trapped frog intensified his attempt to get out and eventually managed to escape. He came up and told me, I am deaf. I thought you all were encouraging me.

Words of encouragement immediately inspire. If someone loses courage, trust them. If you are not encouraged, then read out your subconscious mind with inspirational words and messages. Industrialist Ratan Tata says that the real need for encouragement comes after the school phase. But alas, in later life it is rare to find encouragement. Whoever gets it works wonders.
